"Cutting edge industrial artist, MATT HART, has teamed up with Teknovore for a solid remix of the single "Black Abyss". While the original mix is an absolute banger of a single, the Teknovore mix takes it to incredible new heights, mixing in some classic hardstyle EBM elements into MATT HART's own formula of industrial and electronica. The bass kicks in right from the get go and does not stop, providing the solid backbone for everything else to build off of. The beeps and boops synonymous with aggrotech play in tandem with the harsh synthesizers, swirling around each other, while Matt Hart shouts the lyrics in his own hardcore style. The best part about this mix is that, despite the heavy hand that Teknovore took in reshaping the song, there are still plenty of elements that are still very much MATT HART's own, in particular the icy dystopian feel to the overall track, which is very prevalent on the original mix. The remix is a perfect blend of both artists, giving equal respect to the others style and input, which tends to be a rarity for remix tracks.
